Instruction Design
SWS provided instructional Course Design for the development of 15 Mindfulness elearning programs to be deployed on Canvas Learning Management system. The courses were for the full Nursing community of 8 schools to provide mindfulness and a variety of strategies focused on strengthening our resilience and mindfulness can help nurses manage stress and regain their balance. The courses incorporated Interactive programs with animated avatars and gaming to engage the learner and transform their personal awareness and approaches to challenging situations.
Instruction Design
SWS provided Instructional Course Design and Industry Expertise consultation. SWS partnered with Tenured Northwestern University professors to design new integrated marketing courses for graduate students of the prestigious Medill School which leads and implements the art and science of marketing. The course series brings students through an analysis of legacy digital platforms and then addresses marketplaces to include upfronts/new fronts and multi-channel brand integrations. SWS supported the design and development of the online courses which integrated Case Studies, Video, interactive sessions. SWS authored a Case Study which is an integral component of the program.
Bureau of Diplomatic Security Services
SWS was hired by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security in the U.S. State Department to provide a team of education, learning design, and technology professionals that will focus on the design to convert BRSO 300 courses into a remote learning experience incorporating the best practices for remote ecosystems. The immersive programs were launched on the bureau’s Learning Management system and be administered through their Training Management system. The multi-faceted initiative delivered the following services.
- Develop interactive programs using animated avatars with voice-over and interactive engagement environments.
- Integration of In-person and remote learning components.
- Design the primary learning concepts.
- Identify optimal tools/approaches for the Diplomatic Security audience.
- Test learners’ retention levels and measure effectiveness against current methods.
- Foster more productive in-person sessions with instructors.
- Implement gaming elements to challenge knowledge gained and application in vital scenarios representing real-world situations.
ESSILOR 20/20 FOR LIFE: VIDEO CONTEST & BRANDING DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE
In partnership with Quick Compliance Enhanced Learning, Spiderweb Studio devised and designed this highly successful video contest and educational competition for Essilor (Eye Health and Eye Care). This program produced over 1 Million visitors and impressive creative material from youth market being compiled for development of Optometrist Edutainment DVD.
